Because our houses are one of a kind, many of our houses in the slide show will already be sold when you decide to buy (ask, the house may still be available). Don't let this discourage you. Although we can't duplicate our birdhouses exactly we can build a similar house for you. We have built birdhouse from $8 to $900. Quite a range huh...? Most of our birdhouse are priced from $25 to $85 so we have a price for everyone. If you are interested in purchasing a birdhouse, we ask that you call or email us. We will discuss what your looking for, ( style, size, material, price range, etc.) and immediately give you an estimate of your cost. If the price is acceptable, we will then build your house, (approx. turn around time 1 week), and then email a picture to you for approval. You are under no obligation to purchase the birdhouse. We want you satisfied. If you like what you see, we then ask you to send a check or M.O. for the full price plus shipping & handling and we will ship your birdhouse to you. Your purchase is totally guaranteed. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied just return the birdhouse (you pay return shipping and we will refund your purchase price in full minus shipping and handling). We charge exact shipping cost, U.S. Mail or UPS whichever is less. Of course if you live in the Atlanta area, you are welcome to come buy our shop or meet us at one of our shows and pick up your purchase and save shipping and handling charges.
